SalonSpaStore.com offers FREE SHIPPING in the continental USA to a BUSINESS ADDRESS on our salon packages and a variety of our catalogue, unless otherwise noted. Please read FULL details below on our shipping policies.

Most Pedicure Spas and Equipment ships within 5-7 Business Days. Items that take longer to ship will be noted on the description. 

 

Freight Shipping

 

Freight delivery is used for pedicure spas and most large equipment/furniture items on our website. For most domestic orders using freight shipping, we charge a flat-rate of $250. If shipping to a residence, the freight carrier will charge a $75-$100 residential delivery fee that is the customers responsibility. For most large equipment/furniture (like pedicure spas and reception desks), we charge a standard rate of $250 for shipping 1 pedicure spa chair (OR reception desk). $450 shipping for 2 pedicure chairs (or 1 chair & reception desk together), $650 for 3 pedicure spa chairs (or 2 pedicure chairs & 1 reception desk together), and FREE SHIPPING for orders containing 4+ pieces of equipment/furniture (pedicure chairs, etc) in the Continental USA to a Business Address. Freight deliveries typically utilize a lift gate, which may incur additional charges to the customer and not included in our free or paid shipping. Delivery is curbside only. It is important to track your freight delivery so you will be able to sign for the delivery and move the packages to the interior of your space. Freight delivery to a residential address (even if the business is located in a home) will incur additional costs to the customer and is not included in our free or paid shipping. We recommend delivering to a commercial address whenever possible. 

 

 

No C.O.D. Shipping

 

We do not ship Credit On Delivery. All purchases must be paid for 100% prior to shipping.

 

No Re-consignments on Freight Deliveries

 

We will not offer re-consignment for any freight shipments whatsoever regardless of circumstance.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE! Thoroughly inspect each shipment immediately upon arrival. It is important that you notify the driver and insist on a notation of any damages. Make this notation directly on the freight company’s waybill or bill of lading. Failure to note any damage on the waybill or bill of lading may impede and/or prevent any claims that you may have against the freight carrier.

If missing parts or damage is found, please notify the carrier at once and request an inspection. DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING BOX. If you give the carrier a clear receipt for goods that have been damaged in transit, you do so at your own risk and expense.
