How long does it take to receive equipment after I place an order? Most orders ship within 2-5 business days after placing your order. Large items ship by Freight Carrier and you should receive your order within 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Smaller items that ship by UPS or FedEx typically take 2-3 days to arrive.

What kind of assembly is needed for Pedicure Spa Chairs? If you purchased a pedicure spa, you will receive 2 boxes containing the chair and base. They are very easy to assembly and most don’t require any tools for attaching the chair to the base.

How often do we need to disinfect/sanitize the pedicure spa? After every client. We recommend cleaning daily by removing the filter inside the tub under the round perforated cover. (Please follow your state laws). 

What is the purpose of using a discharge pump? If you have a floor drain or gravity drain (where water can drain downhill), you may not need a discharge pump. However, if your plumbing is above the ground or in the wall and you need to drain your tub water uphill (like a washing machine) you will need a discharge drain pump. With a push of a button the discharge pump will drain the water out of the tub and send it to the drain source.

What kind of electricity will I need to install with the unit? Most states require a standard 110V GFCI protected outlet. Each state may vary.

Does my pedicure spa chair need to be bolted to the ground? No, but you do have to make sure the pedicure chair is securely balanced on the floor.

How long is the warranty service? All pedicure chairs come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Most warranties are for one or two years, depending on the unit.  

How much is shipping? SalonSpaStore.com offers free shipping throughout the continental USA on many products, however, any large items shipped by freight (ex: pedicure chair, reception desk) will be charged a flat-rate. We also offer salon packages that includes free shipping to a Business Address. If shipping to a residential address, there may be a residential delivery fee charged by the freight company that is the buyer’s responsibility. We advise shipping to a business address to avoid these fees.

How does the hot and cold water hook up to the pedicure spas? Pedicure Spas hook up like a household washing machine. They have a hot and cold-water line and a discharge drain pump (if you don’t have a gravity drain.) Most pedicure spas come with 1/2" fittings.

Do I need a licensed plumber to install the pedicure chair(s)? Yes, faulty installation by someone other than a licensed plumber may void your warranty service.

What are the featured options of a pedicure spa? These days, there are endless options for pedicure spas but most pedicure chairs feature pipeless jets, magnetic jets (if using pedicure tub liners) human touch or shiatsu massage, LED lights, a heavy-duty base with built in tub or a fiberglass or glass bowl. Chairs come with soft, durable leatherette that is acetone resistant and every pedicure spa comes with a free technician stool. Please read features of each unit to decide which features are best for you.

What is power seat? The seat automatically moves forward, backward and reclines by the push of a button or with a remote control.

What are Pipeless Jets? Pipeless or pipe-free jet systems use a unitized jet/filter device that is operated by its own independent motor instead of pipes running under the tub. They do not clog with body hair and dirt and the motor is mounted directly to the tub eliminating the need for pipes under the tub. Using a pipeless pedicure chair is more sanitary, reduces the risk of infections, provides a quieter and smoother operation, and is lower maintenance. Almost all newer pedicure chairs are pipeless.

What is shiatsu or human touch massage? It is multiple wheels or balls that gently roll up & down the back parallel to the spine. A combination of kneading, rolling, tapping, flapping and percussion gives your customers a divine massage experience.
